Work has been pretty brutal lately. I had two volumes to do but was only given enough time to do one of them. I hate hate HATE missing deadlines, so this meant I was working by 6:30am and usually called it a day sometime after 10pm. It was not a fun two weeks. I'm a weak person who needs her sleep and free time! Ah, oh well. It sucked during the time, but it worked out in the end. And it feels good to have those out of the way!
There is an upside to having so much work each day though… I was able to watch quite a bit of TV lately. I've been watching a lot of sentai series… I'm LOVING Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, and while I wait for new episodes, I've been watching Tensou Sentai Goseiger and Engine Sentai Go-Onger. I want to watch Gekiranger too (I started it sometime last year), but I'm further in the others and I don't want to watch FOUR sentai series at the same time! XD;; I finally caught up with Kamen Rider OOO, and I've been rewatching both Kiva and W.
As far as American TV goes, I started watching The Cape and Hawaii 5-0. The Cape is fun to watch and has juuuust the right amount of cheesiness. I'm only at ep 5, but I'm already sad it ended at 10 episodes! Hawaii 5-0 is really fun and although the cases are (for the most part) extremely easy to figure out, it's perfect for watching while I work (since I can only pay half-attention).
Going to WonderCon this weekend. I'm not sure if I'll go all days or not, but I'm thinking at least Saturday and Sunday. If anyone else is going, it would be cool to hang out. =D
